Individualized Conditioning Programming
At Tactical Edge Wellness and Resiliency, our individualized conditioning programming is designed to enhance overall cardiovascular abilities and health, whether you're training for a demanding job or pursuing personal running goals. Each program is tailored to the unique needs and objectives of the individual. Whether training for the job, a specific distance, or just general fitness our program will be adapted to your currently abilities following structured pacing outlines, distances, and times. Our approach includes a general intake form, 30 minute initial consultation, a personalized 4, 8, or 12 week conditioning program, and ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement.
After selecting one of our individualized conditioning program options, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form. This form will provide us in-depth information on current training structure/status, injury history, goals, and general abilities. Once you receive your program and begin your training, I will walk you through every aspect of your plan to ensure you feel confident with its structure, and to answer any questions before you begin.
Programming Includes:
3 x 30 Minute Video Consultation (Beginning, Mid-Point, End/De-Brief)
Individualized 4, 8, or 12 week conditioning program
Weekly Check-Ins (Every Monday)
Modifications/Updates provided as needed
Goal setting and scheduling strategies
Note: Additional individualized phases from 1-4 weeks are available beyond the 4, 8, and 12-week options once completed
