Individualized High Performance Programming
At Tactical Edge Wellness and Resiliency, our individualized performance programming is designed to build confidence all while advancing physical abilities. Whether for a current role, or for those looking to simply make a change, our programming will adapt to meet your needs and wants. Each program is tailored to your individual goals, focusing on enhancing strength, endurance, agility, and mobility. Our approach includes a general intake form, 30 minute initial consultation, a personalized workout plan (4, 8, or 12-week), and ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement. By integrating training techniques that develop your individual physical abilities, we help our clients achieve peak performance, enabling them to excel in their current roles, all while providing the confidence to pursue advanced career opportunities.
After selecting one of our individualized physical training program options, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form. This form will provide us in-depth information on current training structure/status, injury history, goals, and general abilities. Once you receive your program and begin your training, I will walk you through every aspect of your plan to ensure you feel confident with its structure, and to answer any questions before you begin.
Programming Includes:
3 x 30 Minute Video Consultation (Beginning, Mid-Point, End/De-Brief)
Individualized 4, 8, or 12 week program
Weekly Check-Ins (Every Monday)
Modifications and visual demonstrations provided as needed
Goal setting and scheduling strategies
Note: Additional individualized phases from 1-4 weeks are available beyond the 4, 8, and 12-week options once completed
